AI Content Floods Platforms, Leaving Human Creators Begging Algorithms for Tips

After the third consecutive quarter in which algorithmically generated content outperformed human-made posts across every major metric, platform analytics confirm that the remaining human creators have begun addressing their content directly to the recommendation systems in hopes of sympathy.

"I'm just asking it to consider the human angle," said lifestyle influencer Cara Belmont, whose video about making sourdough received 14 views while a similar AI-generated video received 2.3 million. "I told the algorithm I have feelings. I don’t think it cared."

Several creators have begun including metadata tags such as "made with hands" and "contains authentic emotion." Early results suggest these perform moderately well in the 45–65 demographic, which the algorithm continues to find confusing.
