Two-Bedroom Condo Changes Hands Seven Times in Single Afternoon Speed Flip

A 740-square-foot condominium in the Fairmont District was sold, purchased, and resold seven consecutive times between 11 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, appreciating $87,000 over the course of the afternoon. The final buyer, who acquired the unit for $612,000, told reporters she plans to "let it breathe for a week" before relisting.

The building's remaining residents described the experience as "dizzying." The building manager confirmed that residents were undisturbed by the process.
